POTD 4/13/22
UP FOR A STRETCH - A Heron that has been nestled down in the nest for the past few days stands and stretches. I have presumed this to be a female sitting on eggs - and "she" rustled the nest with her beak when she was up...so I think she's on eggs. After several months of the stark beauty of winter on the beaver pond, Spring breaks out..so plenty to keep up with.
