INTO THE CACHE - Red-Bellied Woodpecker taking a seed from the feeder. Woodpeckers typically go to suet feeders - but in Fall, several species of birds "cache" (stash) food to retrieve later. This male was back and forth at the feeder - returning to the same spot in a tree to hide the seeds for later.
