EYE ON THE PRIZE - A Cedar Waxwing has its eye on a ripe cherry as a flock of them work the cherry trees in our yard. Waxwings eat mainly fruit and live an itinerant life, spending most of the year traveling in small flocks in search of fruit - staying only as long as the fruit lasts.
