ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP - The fall foliage is all the way to the top of New Ipswich Mountain above the beaver pond. New Ipswich Mountain is part of the Wapack range of the White Mountains. A 100-year-old, 21 mile hiking trail runs along the range passing just above the beaver pond.

NOT JUST FOR CATS - A Dark-eyed Junco pecks at a catnip bloom gone to seed. We see several seed eating birds attracted to the catnip plants.

FIRST FROST - We were greeted by a light frost Sunday morning...gone when the sun hit the grass.
